Description

BD'N is a Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature from Bourgeois‑Diaz in Crouttes‑sur‑Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne (Champagne). The cuvée is blended mainly from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir (approximately 60/40) and recent assemblies use wines from the 2020 (55%) and 2021 (45%) harvests. It spends roughly 30 months on the lees and shows a powerful profile softened by delicate citrus notes.
