Description

The BD'RS Rosé de Saignée 2021 from Bourgeois-Diaz is a rosé Champagne produced by saignée and partially vinified in oak. Presented as Brut Nature, the cuvée is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (approximately 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier) and rests on lees for about 24 months. It offers fruity aromas with a refreshing grapefruit-like bitterness and a structure that pairs well with seafood and white meats.
