Description

Produced by Braida, Bricco della Bigotta is a Barbera d’Asti DOCG made from grapes grown in the hills of Castelnuovo Calcea. The wine undergoes extended skin maceration and oak aging in barriques followed by further bottle maturation. It shows intense aromas of plum, violet and licorice with spicy accents; on the palate it is full-bodied, structured and long, well suited to roasted meats, game and aged cheeses.
