Brancaia Il Blu (2021) is a red Toscana IGT from the Chianti area produced by Brancaia. It is a Merlot-dominated blend completed by Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon; each variety is vinified separately and the wine is aged about 18 months in barriques, two-thirds new. The wine shows a modern, balanced profile and pairs well with roasted meats and mature cheeses.
