Description

The 2021 Carat from Bressan is a white wine (Venezia Giulia IGT) made from a traditional blend of Friulano, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla. Winemaking includes several weeks of skin contact followed by aging in barrels and resting in stainless steel, which gives the wine an amber-tinged color and added texture. Aromas of apricot, peach and a subtle almond note are typical, while the palate is elegant and long-lasting. It reflects the Collio tradition as interpreted by the Bressan estate.
