Produced by Bressan Mastri Vinai, the Pignol - Tredici anni in botte 2010 is a red wine made from Pignolo grapes and released as Venezia Giulia IGT. The fruit comes from the Corona vineyard (Mariano del Friuli) and the wine undergoes extended aging in large wooden casks, as indicated by the commercial name “thirteen years in cask.” It is a mature, structured wine suitable with rich meat dishes and aged cheeses.
