Description

The Brezza Barolo Sarmassa 2020 is a single‑cru Barolo made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Sarmassa vineyard in Barolo (Piedmont, Italy). It offers classic single‑vineyard Nebbiolo aromas — menthol and rose on the nose with leather and spice undertones. On the palate it is structured with firm, well-defined tannins suitable for medium‑long aging. The wine is produced by Cantina Brezza; in strong vintages such as 2020 the estate has at times combined fruit normally set aside for a Riserva into the regular Sarmassa bottling.
