A zero-dosage Champagne (Brut Nature) made from an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aromas show vanilla, fresh spice and a subtle oak influence from maturation in barrels for some of the wines. It offers a saline, focused structure with fine bubbles from the traditional method. Originates from the Côte des Bar area near Celles-sur-Ource.
