Description

Pierre Brocard’s Saignée de la Côte is a rosé de saignée made solely from Pinot Noir grapes from the Martinée parcel in Celles‑sur‑Ource, in the Côte des Bar (Champagne). The 2022 vintage is vinified and aged on the lees, with the producer indicating a 'brut nature' dosage. Aromas center on red fruit and jammy notes with touches of violet, pepper and cinnamon; on the palate it is structured and vinous, finishing with subtle hints of vanilla and licorice.
