Description

Bruno Paillard Assemblage 2008 brings together equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, completed by Meunier, using first-press juice from grapes grown in ten terroirs. The gradual ripening of the 2008 harvest preserved acidity, a central element in this cuvée's balance. Extended time in the cellar accompanies a profile of almond, fresh fruit and spice, with a restrained dosage supporting its definition. The label also tells the story of the vintage: Bang Hai Ja's artwork interprets the theme of energy, chosen by the house to represent the character of this harvest.
