Bruno Paillardâs Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru is a blanc de blancs cuvĂ©e from the Maison in Reims, presented as a Grand Cru. It is made entirely from Grand Cru CĂŽte des Blancs Chardonnay (notably Le MesnilâsurâOger and Oger), vinified using first pressings and extended lees ageing, and is released with a low ExtraâBrut dosage (about 4â5 g/L).
