Description

Première Cuvée Extra Brut brings together the Bruno Paillard style through Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from numerous Champagne crus. First-press juice is vinified separately, in stainless steel and partly in wood, while reserve wines contribute continuity to the blend. Maturation on the lees and resting after disgorgement complete the process. The profile moves between citrus, red berries and touches of almond and toast. The palate retains both liveliness and breadth, with a clearly defined finish, making this a versatile cuvée that can move comfortably from an aperitif to the table.
