Bruno Rocca’s Riserva Rabajà is a Barbaresco DOCG whose production centres on wooden vessels for both vinification and maturation. The first stage lasts twenty-five to thirty days, followed by twenty-four to thirty-six months in French oak casks. The winery describes an intense ruby colour with garnet reflections. Blackberry and blueberry shape the aromatic profile, opening towards spicy hints of sweet tobacco. On the palate, a fresh, savoury opening develops with intensity and elegance.
