Les Tourillons is a white wine made by Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon in the Arbois area of the Jura. It is a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin from the small Les Tourillons parcel, farmed biodynamically and vinified naturally, often using ouillage to limit oxygen exposure. Production is very limited; the wine is frequently noted for its fresh profile and mineral character linked to the parcel's calcareous soils.
