Description

Made by Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon, this 2018 is labelled as Arbois and is produced entirely from the Savagnin grape. The fruit comes from the 'Les Nouvelles' parcel (old vines) and is vinified with minimal intervention; the wine spent nearly four years aging in topped-up barrels. Bottled in June 2022, it combines the mineral texture typical of Jura whites with lively freshness and aging potential.
