Description

Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from its namesake variety in the estate vineyard on Pritchard Hill, above Lake Hennessey. The site climbs the hillside and includes differing exposures, gradients and soils, brought together in a single cuvée. First released in 1992, this wine forms the historical core of Bryant’s production. Its profile combines blackcurrant and dark cherry with suggestions of graphite, sage, olive and tobacco. The structure is dense, with fine tannins and freshness running through the palate. Fruit concentration remains closely linked to the hillside character of the estate.
