The Buronfosse “Les Soupois” 2022 is a white from the Jura (Côtes du Jura) made from 100% Chardonnay. Vinification is by spontaneous (ambient) fermentation and the wine is aged about 18 months in neutral oak, giving body and depth without obvious new-oak flavors. It displays a fresh, mineral-driven character with lively acidity and a long finish.
