Description

Éphémère 2023 from Buronfosse is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay within the Côtes du Jura appellation. It displays a fresh, mineral-driven profile with citrus, white-flower aromas and subtle flinty and yeasty hints. Low-intervention vinification and maturation in roughly 228‑L barrels provide tension and structure, making it a good match for fish, white meat and soft cheeses.
