A Chardonnay–Savagnin blend from the Côtes du Jura, offering a fresh, lightly saline profile. Pale straw in colour, it shows aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus and subtle mineral tones. Fermentation relies on native yeasts and the wine is aged in topped-up barrels (ouillé style), preserving freshness and finesse.
