Description

The Super Sei Metodo Classico Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut from Buvoli - L'Opificio del Pinot Nero is a traditional-method Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir in the Colli Vicentini area of Veneto. It is produced as a multi‑vintage blend with the addition of a perpetual reserve (the “Cuvée Perpetua”) and undergoes extended lees ageing, giving the wine notable structure, a fine mousse and long aromatic persistence. The extra‑brut dosage is 1.8 g/L and disgorgement took place in January 2023; the cuvée is non-vintage.
