By Farr’s "Farrside" is a single‑vineyard Pinot Noir from Bannockburn in the Moorabool Valley within the Geelong region of Victoria. Sourced from a north‑east facing site on black volcanic soils over limestone, the wine is made with a low‑intervention approach, often including some whole‑bunch fermentation and maturation in oak to build structure. It offers red and darker fruit layers with earthy and spicy undertones, savory tannins and bright acidity that support length and potential for bottle development.
