Description

The 2019 Pietro Dal Cero Amarone della Valpolicella from Cà dei Frati is a DOCG red wine produced in the hills east of Verona. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina grapes sourced from the Luxinum vineyard at Pian di Castagnè. The wine is produced using traditional appassimento techniques and receives wood ageing before bottling. It shows the concentrated structure typical of Amarone and pairs well with rich meats and aged cheeses.
