Description

The Ca' del Baio Barbaresco Asili Riserva 2020 is a red Barbaresco DOCG produced solely from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Asili cru near Barbaresco/Treiso. It is made with extended maceration and aged in wood (tonneaux) for a prolonged period, followed by further bottle ageing, which builds its aromatic complexity. Aromas of rose petal, aromatic herbs and spice are complemented on the palate by firm tannins and persistent length.
