Description

The Ca' del Baio Barbaresco Vallegrande Riserva Viti Vecchie 2020 is a Barbaresco DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo. The grapes come from old vines in the Vallegrande cru (municipality of Treiso); the wine matures roughly 30 months in large oak casks, followed by time in bottle before release. The wine is structurally tannic with earthy, fruit and spice notes, suitable with roasted meats and mature cheeses.
