Description
Annamaria Clementi R.S. 1980 preserves an early chapter of Ca’ del Bosco’s history and the work of cellar master André Dubois. Grapes came from seven historic vineyards in the Canelle area surrounding the winery, combining Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The base wines were worked in small oak vessels. The Riserva’s defining feature is its exceptionally long lees ageing, extending beyond forty years, much of it with bottles stored sur pointe. Disgorgement without dosage completes a Franciacorta conceived to explore the relationship between memory, preservation and evolution over time.
