Description

Annamaria Clementi 2016 is Ca’ del Bosco’s Franciacorta Riserva based on Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Manual bunch selection precedes washing and drying the grapes, a distinctive element of the estate’s method. First-press juice ferments in small oak casks, where the base wines remain on their lees before blending. After the second fermentation, lees maturation in bottle continues for around eight years. Disgorgement takes place without oxygen and without added liqueur, completing a process centred on careful selection and the role of time in developing the wine.
