Description

Annamaria Clementi Rosé 2016 is Ca’ del Bosco’s Franciacorta Riserva dedicated to Pinot Noir vinified as rosé. Grapes arrive from three vineyards in Erbusco and are selected, washed and dried before processing. A brief maceration produces the colour and profile sought by the estate. Fermentation and maturation of the base wines take place in small oak casks, followed by blending the selected batches. Extended lees ageing in bottle, averaging eight years, precedes disgorgement protected from oxygen. An Extra Brut dosage completes this interpretation of the cuvée dedicated to the estate’s founder.
