Cuvée Prestige represents a central line in Ca’ del Bosco’s sparkling-wine history. Its origins reach back to Franciacorta Pinot in 1976, evolving through the non-vintage Brut before taking the name Cuvée Prestige. The blend brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, connecting different expressions of the estate’s vineyard holdings. Base-wine selection and their combination in the cuvée precede fermentation in bottle and maturation on the lees. This Franciacorta tells the story of blending and of a stylistic continuity developed by the estate across successive, individually different harvests.
