Description

Cuvée Prestige Rosé brings Pinot Noir and Chardonnay together within Ca’ del Bosco’s tradition. Its story begins with the house Rosé, introduced in 1976, and continues under the name Cuvée Prestige Rosé from 2005. A brief maceration of Pinot Noir grapes creates the pink component, subsequently blended with Chardonnay. Fermentation in bottle and resting on the lees complete the sparkling-wine process. Colour is therefore part of a balancing act between the two varieties, expressed through a cuvée that has a longstanding place in the estate’s production and history.
