IlMerlot 2015 from Ca’ del Bosco is a red wine labelled Sebino Rosso Merlot I.G.T., produced exclusively from Merlot grapes sourced from three certified organic vineyards. Vinification includes washing and drying of each bunch, fermentation in small oak casks and roughly seven years of bottle ageing. Alcohol content is reported at about 13.5% ABV.
