Description

Maurizio Zanella is the red through which Ca’ del Bosco complemented its Franciacorta research with a project inspired by Bordeaux blending. First produced in 1981, it bears the founder’s signature and combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Its history belongs to a period of experimentation that broadened Italian wine’s horizons, bringing international varieties into dialogue with local territory. Work on the cuvée’s different components, together with time in oak, defines its approach. It is an interpretation of Ca’ del Bosco red wine closely connected with Maurizio Zanella’s personal vision.
