Description

Selva della Tesa 2020 is Ca’ del Bosco’s pure Chardonnay, drawn from seven vineyards in Erbusco, Corte Franca and Provaglio d’Iseo. The wine continues the story of the estate Chardonnay first produced in 1983, taking the name of its original vineyard from the 2019 vintage onwards. Each bunch is selected, washed and dried before processing. Fermentation takes place in small oak vessels, followed by extended rest in bottle. Through this still white, the estate explores the suitability of its own soils for an internationally established grape variety.
