Description

Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro Noir 2016 is Ca’ del Bosco’s Blanc de Noirs from Pinot Noir on the Belvedere estate, in the hills south of Lake Iseo. Grapes come from three vineyards at 466 metres and are harvested by hand. Gentle pressing limits colour extraction from the skins, while the juice ferments in small oak vessels. Blending precedes the second fermentation and more than eight years on the lees in bottle. Disgorgement without added liqueur preserves the dry approach of this Riserva, conceived around precision, structure and tension.
