Description

Ca’ del Bosco’s Vintage Collection Extra Brut 2020 combines Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir in a blend of forty-three base wines. Hand-picked grapes are selected, chilled, washed and dried before pressing. The juice ferments in small oak casks, and the wines are transferred by gravity according to the estate’s method. After the cuvée is assembled and the wine ferments in bottle, it remains on the lees for around four years. Oxygen-protected disgorgement and restrained dosage complete a Franciacorta built through numerous individual vineyard selections.
