Ca' di Press Barolo Perno comes from Nebbiolo grown in Monforte d'Alba, within the landscape the Pressenda family regards as home. Grapes are destemmed without crushing and ferment spontaneously in stainless steel with skin contact. Maturation continues in large Slavonian oak casks, as part of an approach favouring limited intervention. The estate's profile recalls ripe plum and cherry, accompanied by tobacco and spicy nuances. The palate is warm, firmly structured in its tannins and persistent, combining Nebbiolo's character with a clearly defined origin in Perno and the family's hands-on work.
