Description

Ca' di Press Langhe Nebbiolo comes from Perno in Monforte d'Alba and uses the Michet and Lampia selections of the variety. Destemming without crushing precedes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, while stabilisation takes advantage of natural winter cold. The wine remains in steel before completing its development in bottle and is neither fined nor filtered. The producer describes an intensely fruity, dry and full character, with present yet harmonious tannins. This interpretation highlights Nebbiolo and the Pressenda family's work, maintaining a restrained approach in the cellar and a clear connection with its origins.
