Description
Vistamare 2024 is Ca' Marcanda's white blend of Vermentino, Viognier and Fiano, grown on hills overlooking the Tyrrhenian coast. The name playfully refers to the value of a sea view and the luminous landscape surrounding the vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, while maturation combines steel and oak. The vintage sheet describes yellow flowers, aromatic herbs, ripe pineapple, green almond and chamomile. A taut structure is supported by citrus freshness and a saline finish. Together, the three varieties create a layered interpretation of white wine from the Gaja family's Tuscan estate.
