Description

The 2021 Caccia al Piano Bolgheri Superiore is a red wine from the Caccia al Piano estate in Bolgheri, Tuscany. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Cabernet Franc (40%) sourced mainly from the San Biagio vineyard. The wine is aged in French oak for about 24 months followed by additional bottle ageing prior to release. On the palate it is structured, with fine tannins and aromas of dark fruit, spice and subtle oak nuances.
