Description

The 2015 Little A & Butterfly from Calabretta is a Terre Siciliane IGT red produced on the slopes of Mount Etna. It is composed mainly of Nerello Mascalese with a contribution of Nerello Cappuccio and small amounts of local white grapes, offering fruity notes framed by the mineral character of the volcanic soils. Winemaking is carried out with artisanal methods (spontaneous fermentation and ageing in steel and used oak), aiming for a balance of freshness and structure.
