Description

Produced by Camille & Guillaume Boillot, the Bourgogne “Corvée aux Moines” is a white Burgundy made from Chardonnay. The fruit comes from a small parcel in Puligny‑Montrachet; the wine is gently pressed and matured in 350‑L barrels with limited new oak. Aromas of citrus, pear and white flowers lead to a palate of bright acidity, freshness and mineral tension. The wine is released under the Bourgogne Blanc appellation (AOC Bourgogne).
