Camille & Guillaume Boillot’s Meursault “Le Limozin” is a Meursault white made from Chardonnay grown on the Le Limozin lieu-dit. The vineyards sit on predominantly limestone and clay soils; the wine typically offers white fruit and floral aromas with a subtle mineral thread and a smooth, textured palate. It displays a village-style balance of richness and freshness, finishing clean and slightly saline—qualities often associated with Côte de Beaune whites.
