The Camossi Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Riserva 2016 is a traditional-method sparkling wine from the Franciacorta area (Erbusco, Brescia). It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and released as an Extra Brut Riserva, with extended lees ageing that contributes to its complexity and texture. On the palate it typically shows fine bubbles and a balanced profile of fresh acidity with notes of white fruit and baked bread.
