Description

Camossi’s Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Riserva “CR143” 2009 is a pas-dosé Franciacorta reserve made mainly from Chardonnay with a proportion of Pinot Noir. It undergoes very long lees ageing, which adds structure and aromatic complexity. The wine shows straw to golden hues and aromas of white-fleshed fruit, floral notes and bread-like autolytic character. On the palate it is dry, with brisk acidity and a fine, persistent mousse.
