Description
The Franciacorta Extra-Brut Riserva "Pietro Camossi" is a 2017 vintage from Camossi produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. It is vinified as a white wine and aged extensively on the lees (a minimum of about 60 months), with additional bottle ageing before release. The wine shows a fine mousse and a substantial structure, offering an elegant aromatic profile and persistent finish typical of Franciacorta reserve bottlings. It pairs well with savory starters, cured meats and richer fish dishes.
