Description

Camp-Atthalin Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Les Chevrières comes from Pinot Noir in the commune of Savigny-lès-Beaune, in a south-facing parcel at around 380 metres above sea level. Its profile is characterised by depth and elegance. The cuvée belongs to the project through which Jean-Philippe and Jean-Édouard Camp reclaimed the family vineyards in 2017, after they had previously been leased to other growers. Individual parcels are vinified separately; fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and maturation takes place in barrels, with restrained intervention.
