Camp-Atthalin Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus les Vermots is a white blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The parcel lies on a slope towards Bouilland at around 320 metres, on pale limestone soil with exposed rock. Its aromatic profile combines fruit, white flowers and lemon notes, while the palate has clearly defined volume. Single-parcel winemaking includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and barrel maturation. Vineyard work favours lightweight equipment to limit soil compaction and preserve soil vitality, reflecting the estate’s attention to the conditions of each site.
