Camp-Atthalin Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Petits Picotins is a Pinot Noir from an east-facing parcel at around 240 metres above sea level. The soil contains highly active limestone and brown marl, while the wine’s profile is fruity and supple. The cuvée belongs to the single-parcel range of the estate reclaimed by the Camp brothers in 2017, following a long period during which the family vineyards were leased out. Indigenous-yeast fermentation and barrel maturation accompany measured handling intended to retain the individual vineyard’s distinct expression.
