The parcel faces south at around 250 metres, with clay-limestone soils over hard Callovian limestone known as dalle nacrée. Its profile emphasises finesse, balance and persistence. Separate vinification preserves the site’s identity, with indigenous-yeast fermentation and barrel maturation.
