Camp-Atthalin Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Planchots comes from Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils containing pebbles, descending towards the Rhoin river. The cuvée’s profile emphasises lightness and fruit. The parcel is vinified and matured separately, following the approach of the estate revived by brothers Jean-Philippe and Jean-Édouard Camp in 2017. The domaine’s name joins their parents’ surnames, Camp and Laurent-Atthalin. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts and oak barrels are used with restrained intervention to preserve the identity of this wine’s individual vineyard origin.
