Description

Produced by Cantina Santadi, Case delle Fate is a Nasco di Cagliari DOC made from Nasco grapes grown on old hillside vineyards on calcareous soils in the Sulcis area. It is vinified as a white wine with a short skin contact and aged roughly six months on fine lees in stainless steel, followed by a brief rest in concrete before bottling. Bright golden-yellow in color, it offers aromas of ripe apricot, white flowers and aromatic herbs; on the palate it is fresh, well-structured and finishes long.
